Time & Punctuality
As a company, we understand the value of time, both for ourselves and our clients, and in demonstrating the importance of this principle, it is our practice to ensure that all of our drivers are always in place for any of our offered services fifteen minutes (15mins.) ahead of all pick-up time. In cases when requested, we would further extend to our clients a courtesy call notifying them of our arrival for services.
Reliability and Dependability
To this core value principle, our company Ray’s will endeavor to provide all our customers and clients with A-1 transportation services that are unquestionable to our reliability, dependability, and comfort. The company's aim is to be recognized for its services that are above and beyond.
